Welcome to Lizaro Casino. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and all related offerings. By registering an account, depositing funds, or playing any games, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You confirm that you are not self-excluded from gambling, listed on any exclusion registry, or otherwise prohibited from participating. Providing false information will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to authorities. 3. Account Registration and

Registration requires accurate personal details, including name, address, date of birth, email, and phone number. You must create a unique username and password. Only one account per person is permitted; multiple accounts will be closed, with funds confiscated.

We may suspend or close accounts for security reasons, suspected fraud, or compliance with laws. Dormant accounts (inactive for 12 months) incur a monthly fee of CAD 5 after notification, with balances escheated to charity after 24 months per provincial requirements.

4. Deposits and

Deposits can be made via approved methods: credit/debit cards, e-wallets (e.g, Interac, PayPal where available), bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies. Minimum deposit is CAD 20; maximum varies by method.

All deposits must come from accounts in your name. We do not accept third-party funds. Deposits are instant for most methods, but processing fees may apply (disclosed at checkout).

Currency is CAD. We reserve the right to refuse deposits or reverse them if fraud is suspected. Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Bonuses and

6. Wagering Requirements

Wagering is calculated as bonus amount x multiplier. For a CAD 100 bonus at 40x, you must wager CAD 4,000. Progress is tracked in your account dashboard.

Contributions: Video slots 100%, classic slots 90%, blackjack/roulette 10%, video poker 20%, others 0%. Non-compliant bets void wagering progress.

You may forfeit bonuses anytime via account settings. Withdrawals before completion cancel bonuses and associated winnings.

7. Withdrawals and

Withdrawals require full verification. Minimum is CAD 50; maximum CAD 5,000 daily, CAD 20,000 weekly, CAD 50,000 monthly. Processing takes 24-72 hours, plus method time (e-wallets fastest).

Fees: None for e-wallets over CAD 100; CAD 20 flat for others. We pay via the same method as deposit where possible.

Pending withdrawals cancel after 7 days. We may delay for investigations. Maximum lifetime payout per player: CAD 500,000 unless otherwise approved.

8. Games and Fair Play

We prohibit collusion, cheating software, or exploiting errors. Detected abuse leads to voided bets, account closure, and fund seizure. Errors (e.g, wrong payouts) entitle us to correct them; continued play waives claims.
